Who We Are

Toronto Family-Style Martial Arts Training

At Creighton’s Health And Wellness Centre, we believe that martial arts are more than punching and kicking, it is an attitude and way of life. It teaches us how to:

  • live and work together; and
  • set, reach, and achieve our short and long-term goals.

Creighton’s Health And Wellness Centre’s main purpose is to develop a health program for a progressive organization or community where well-being, physical activity, and individual growth are emphasized and encouraged. Creighton’s Taekwon-Do also provides a comprehensive martial arts experience, aiming to develop students not only as skilled martial artists but also as well-rounded individuals with strong character and values. We want to create and mould leaders for a better future.

Join us in one of our classes and see the difference.

MESSAGE FROM GRAND MASTER S. CREIGHTON

“Through my years of martial arts training at different clubs, I found one thing that was lacking in all the clubs – the family atmosphere. Students train for themselves with no regard for the weaker students. Creighton’s Health And Wellness Centre was created to give students a club that provides a family atmosphere. A club that teaches the individual the martial arts, as well as, respecting and caring for each other. We are indeed your second family.

I believe that we have accomplished this and our growth shows that our family is growing and learning. Thank you for believing in our philosophy.

I would like to personally extend a warm thank you to all our students and families for their hard work and dedication to enrich and shape the amazing world of Taekwon-Do.

A special thank you to the dedicated parents and guardians who continue to support us and help us grow.”

Sincerely,
Grand Master S. Creighton – IX Dan
