At Creighton’s Health And Wellness Centre, we aim to ensure that all our students develop strong bodies, minds, and spirits through good training habits that will last a lifetime. Like many things worthwhile, Taekwon-do training requires a long-term commitment. After a few lessons, you will know several fundamental self-defence techniques and Taekwon-do basics which, if practiced regularly, can help you become more physically fit, confident, and capable of defending yourself when necessary.

Here at Creighton’s Health And Wellness Centre, we emphasize strict self-imposed discipline along with the spirit of cooperation and mutual respect.
